Our first step of your Needs Assessment is to perform a needs analysis. During the initial needs analysis we will come on site and meet with your leaders, managers and employees to identify and define gaps between the current situation and the desired situation.
After completion of your company's needs analysis, CAI’s analyst team will perform a full needs assessment which will determine the exact nature of an organization's problems and how they can be resolved. It becomes the foundation of our recommendations.
In the next stage, the project leader confers with the organization's management to discuss the findings of the needs analysis to determine what functionality should be implemented in the business applications to meet their requirements. These requirements are used to determine which software modules of the application will be implemented, what customizations and integrations are required, and what, if any hardware/operating system upgrades are needed to accomplish these goals.
Finally, we met with management again to discuss our findings and recommendations.
